David has been in the securities and investment business since 1983. DeWitt Capital Management was formed in 1990 for the purpose of researching and investing in Philadelphia area publicly traded companies. David is a certified financial planner and has a Masters in Business Administration. Today DeWitt Capital Management invests in a wide array of growth and income stocks as well as master limited partnerships. Dave has been investing in Master Limited Partnerships since 1991.
Steven C. Ramsey, MBA

Steve has over 30 years experience in midstream energy operations and finance. As founder and prinicpal of MLP Energy Advisors, LLC, Steve currently provides strategic marketing and financial services to midstream energy companies. Previously, Steve served as Chief Financial Officer of Buckeye Pipeline Company, the General Partner of Buckeye Partners, L.P., one of the largest transporters of refined petroleum products in North America. Buckeye Partners is the oldest and one of the most successful energy Master Limited Partnerships (MLP). Steve has advised DeWitt Capital Management with respect to the MLP industry since 1990.
Paul Milnes, MBA Vice President
Paul has spent the last year starting and running a boutique analytics firm, Outsourced Financial Analytics, LLC (OFA) , that provides financial analytics services, through an internally developed network of subject matter experts, to Registered Investment Advisors and Asset Managers. Through this business, Paul has engaged numerous financial industry participants and gained insight as to best practices related to operations and marketing for RIAs and Asset Managers. In Paul’s capacity as Vice President at DeWitt Capital Management, he is responsible for marketing and the related macro economic analytics as they pertain to DCM’s MLP Income Portfolio.
Bob Milnes

Bob has spent the last year starting and running a boutique analytics firm, Outsourced Financial Analytics, LLC (OFA), that provides financial analytics services, through an internally developed network of subject matter experts, to Registered Investment Advisors and Asset Managers. Bob has spent his time at OFA providing research and analysis in addition to technology support related to operations and infrastructure platforms used by RIAs and Asset Managers. In Bob’s capacity as Vice President at DeWitt Capital Management, he is responsible for operations and portfolio research and analysis.
