Ted Peters has had a remarkable career. He started two successful Banks from scratch, one out of his basement, and then led Bryn Mawr Trust to record operating results for 14 years. He served on the Federal Reserve of Philadelphia and has worked with the likes of Janet Yellen and Ben Bernanke. He now runs a hedge fund called the community financial institutions fund with his partner Jason O'Donnell who is regarded as the top banking analyst in the country. You put together a former successful Bank CEO with a top Bank analyst, and you have a team capable of analyzing the banks in their portfolio from every angle. Their fund invests primarily in micro-cap Bank stocks- the banks you've probably never heard of,  where the market is inefficient, and information is scarce. And that means opportunity for their investors. Ted has a great story to share. This is our conversation with Ted Peters.
